International Orders Placed Directly with Publisher

When paying by credit card you may:

  • Fax your order, per the details listed below.
  • Order directly through the Internet and your purchase will be eligible for a 15% discount! This discount is only available when you order through the Internet. It may not be combined with any other discount. To use our online Secure Order System, first find your book selection, then click Add To Cart. You may search for additional selections by using the "Quick Search" box or clicking on Advanced Search. You may also change the quantity of a particular title by replacing the number in the Quantity box (in the shopping cart) and pressing Update. When finished adding your selections, click Check Out to process your order via our Secure Server. You will be able to view your discount details prior to submitting your order.

When paying by check:

  • Your check must be drawn from a U.S. bank and mailed with your order to the address provided below.

Billing / Payments:

  • Institutions that have an approved credit line with our firm may order on account. (For information and forms on establishing credit, click here. Establishing credit terms will take about 6 to 8 weeks.)
  • Individuals must prepay with a check or credit card.

Postage & Handling

  • $10.50 for first book, $6.50 for each additional book.
  • These are approximate figures; final shipping and handling will be calculated when the order is processed by Customer Service and will depend upon the weight of the book(s). These amounts were established to allow individuals to prepay. If paying by credit card, actual shipping and handling charges will be applied.
  • All books are shipped via First Class Mail International (airmail up to 4 pounds) or Priority Mail International (for packages over 4 pounds). Contact us for details on alternative shipping methods or questions about your order.
